There Are Few Places Like Del Rio Vineyards in Gold Hill, Oregon

Is it a hotel, a vineyard, or a tasting room? Well, it is all three. The tasting room which is historic, and slightly renovated Rock Point Stage Hotel marks the entrance to The Del Rio Vineyard Estates.

Built-in 1864 by L.J. Wight at the edge of his property, it still stands today and serves as a nostalgic piece of history and a unique tasting room for Del Rio.

Known for their premium estate wines and hardworking group of farmers and tasting room team members, you can find a red or white wine to suit almost anyone’s taste. The tasting room is open daily and offers a Premier Wine Flight for $10 with a mixture of reds and whites to sample or you can select only reds or only whites if that is your fancy.

Following our Grand Seminar theme of Born of Flood & Fire: Ancient Soils of Oregon, wines will be organized by soil type. Interact with winemakers in this uniquely formatted tasting and enjoy light Chardonnay-friendly horsd’œuvres, all in the warm atmosphere of The Allison Inn & Spa.”
