Being at home lately has fueled my workouts. I walk my neighborhood, punch my kickboxing bag, and lift weights (including my large Tabby cat) almost daily. But three months in, and I am starting to crave variety and social interaction.
I wondered how are people getting their real fitness virtually? The Rogue Valley Magazine went on a search for the top 5 online recommendations to stay in shape.
Yoga is one way! Several online participants suggested Krista Holland’s classes. Krista is a Yoga teacher providing classes through Zoom.
