Virtual Workouts, Real Fitness In The Rogue Valley

Being at home lately has fueled my workouts. I walk my neighborhood, punch my kickboxing bag, and lift weights (including my large Tabby cat) almost daily. But three months in, and I am starting to crave variety and social interaction.

I wondered how are people getting their real fitness virtually? The Rogue Valley Magazine went on a search for the top 5 online recommendations to stay in shape.

Yoga is one way! Several online participants suggested Krista Holland’s classes. Krista is a Yoga teacher providing classes through Zoom. She offers Hatha Yoga (for all levels) for donations or FREE if you are financially strapped. And those who do contribute support Ramana’s Garden Home for Children in India via their payment. To find out more, see their Website .

Before you can attend, you must pre-register here: https://us02web.zoom.us/ …/tZEqceyhrDooHtTpbf8T_G6neoXBtRVJ4…
