What better way to get your yummies and your exercise in simultaneously than to go on a foodie walking tour? Because we all know that standing or walking in between delicious bites burns calories, right? Well, here’s your chance to do both. The Hungry Hustle Walking food tour is a professionally guided buffet of the local food and beverage scene with a little history thrown in!
Melynda Cordes is the owner and Tour Guide of The Hungry Hustle Walking food tour. Her business began in February of 2019, but she is currently in the process of expanding her territory and options for guests. There are currently three routes; two in Medford and one in Grants Pass, but the newest Ashland and Jacksonville tours are right around the corner! The Medford Chamber of Commerce is holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Hungry Hustle Walking Tour at 5:30 pm on August 8th.
Melynda comes from a blended culturally diverse family where music, food, and laughter were a part of almost every meal where she grew up in the California Bay Area. For the past 18 years, she has lived in Southern Oregon and watched the food culture grow and change. It is fantastic and exciting because the Valley’s resources for fresh, farm to table food is astounding and Melynda is happy that Chefs realize that. In addition to being a tour guide, she has been offering customer and patient service her entire professional life for over 37 years. She loves people and is a big foodie!
The Hungry Hustle Walking Tour started right here in Medford and has had quite a few tours already! If you are interested, go to Hungryhustlewalksmedford on Facebook or Hustlesouthernoregon on Instagram to book a tour or you can reach Melynda directly via her cell phone at (541) 951-4579. She is always available to answer any questions. Now, get hustling and be hungry!
